Author Guidelines

Clear standards to help your voice shine.

Welcome to our Author Community!
To maintain a high-quality, professional, and inspiring blog, please review the following guidelines before submitting your articles.

All submissions are reviewed by our editorial team before publication. We may make light edits to improve clarity, grammar, or formatting so every article meets our publication standards.

You may include relevant, high-quality images that support your article. If images don’t meet our quality, copyright, or branding standards, they may be replaced or removed by our editorial team. Videos are not allowed.

Light and relevant self-promotion (such as referencing your book, work, or speaking projects) is allowed — but your article should primarily deliver value to the reader. Overly promotional or sales-driven content may be edited or declined.

We welcome both human-written and AI-assisted content, as long as it offers original insight and genuine value to our readers.
If you use information, ideas, or data from external sources, please include proper attribution or a “References” section at the end of your article.

Write with purpose. Aim to educate, inspire, or inform. Use a professional yet approachable tone — your voice should feel authentic, confident, and reader-focused.

All articles must align with one of our blog’s main categories. Please choose only one category per article when submitting, based on your primary topic:

  • Delivery — Techniques, tips, and stagecraft that improve a speaker’s performance and presence on stage.

  • Audience — Understanding audience psychology, engagement, and emotional connection during live or virtual events.

  • Mindset — Confidence, focus, and the inner psychology of high-performing speakers.

  • Events — Industry insights, event trends, and practical advice for conferences, panels, and professional speaking circuits.

  • Branding — Personal brand building, visibility strategies, and positioning as a professional speaker.

  • Growth — Career development, networking, and expanding opportunities in the speaking industry.

  • Ethics — Professional integrity, inclusivity, and ethical standards within the speaking profession.

  • Stories — Personal experiences, behind-the-scenes lessons, and inspiring moments from your speaking journey.

  • Trends — Emerging tools, technologies, and shifts shaping the future of public speaking.

Choosing the right category helps us ensure your article reaches the audience most interested in your topic.

Affiliate, referral, or commission-based links are not allowed. All links must serve the reader’s interest and lead to credible, relevant sources.

By submitting, you grant our editorial team permission to edit, format, or adapt your content for clarity, SEO, or alignment with our blog’s style and values.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions so we can update our FAQs by emailing callforspeakers.net@gmail.com.
